The hands-on experience trip of Laotian students in Quang Ninh province

      Aiming to enhance Vietnamese skills and make practical experience for Laotian students, specially to help them understand deeply about the country, culture and people of Vietnam, The International Cooperation Department of Hung Vuong University organized a field trip to visit Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

     The hands-on experience trip was attended by teachers and more than 100 Laotian students in their first, second and third years studying Vietnamese at school.

     During the trip, the Laotian student group visited the must-go tourist attractions such as Quang Ninh Museum, Bai Chay beach and explored Ha Long city at night. In particular, Quang Ninh Museum is a famous Ha Long tourist destination, which acquired its reputation as  a cultural center, containing many spiritual values of the mining land. Here, Laos students admired giant whale and shark skeletons.

     In addition to learning about Vietnam culture's values, Laos students had an interesting opportunity for visual learning. A clear proof for the good quality of Vietnamese language education programs for foreign students at school is that they can interact with Vietnamese tourists fluently.

     This trip ended with excitement clearly visible on the student's faces. The results obtained through practical experiences help students cultivate more knowledge about Vietnamese culture, society and history, while enhancing their language skills. Moreover, the trip also both helped improve the school's training quality and contributed to tightening the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Laos. It is a source of encouragement for Laotian students studying in Phu Tho province so that they can strive to achieve better results in the future.
