Faculty of Social Sciences and Culture Tourism, Hung Vuong University, formerly known as the Faculty of Social Affairs, is located in the homeland of Hung Kings. Combined with the glorious mission of the university, the faculty has main task of training highly qualified human resources in the field of social sciences and humanities, serving the socio-economic development of Phu Tho province and other provinces in the region.

Mission

Training in pedagogical majors: Philology Pedagogy, History Pedagogy, Geography College, College of Geography – citizen education, College of Education and History - citizen education to provide teachers for high schools, junior high schools of Phu Tho province and other provinces in the region.

Training majors beyond pedagogy: Tourism, Travel Guides, Tourism and Travel Management to provide human resources for cultural work, journalism & media, tour guides, tourism and service administration. Graduating from the department's non-pedagogical majors has high job opportunities and can work in the whole country.
