Function

Advising and assisting the management board in the planning and management of the university's finance, accounting, investment, and assets.

Mission

Finance and accounting

Collecting and checking all of the accounting vouchers; accounting activities; rotating and archiving accounting vouchers of all financial transactions arising in the university;

Supplying financial and accounting information to the management board and competent state agencies in accordance with the provisions of law;

Monitoring and supervising the allocation of funds and the compliance with the revenue and expenditure estimates, and the settlement of other departments and faculties.

Planning and investment activities

Coordinating with other departments to develop long-term, medium-term plans, and annual plans on the financial activities of the university;

Coordinating with the Department of Administration to carry out investment procedures, verify and evaluate cost estimates, economic contracts; managing the payment and settlement of investment capital sources.
