Farewell Event for Lao Students Graduating in the 2023-2024 Academic Year

     On June 7, 2024, Hung Vuong University organized a warm summary meeting and farewell program for international students from the Lao PDR graduating in the 2023-2024 academic year.

     The program was attended by Associate Professor Phan Thi Tinh, Vice Rector, representatives of various departments and faculties of the university, 28 graduating Lao students, and over 100 Lao students currently studying at the school.

Associate Professor Phan Thi Tinh, the Vice Rector of HVU, spoke at the program.

Representative of Laotian students expressed gratitude during the program.

     During this meeting, the representative of the graduating Lao students conveyed wishes for good health to the school's leaders, staff, and teachers, along with sincere and profound gratitude.

     On June 9, 2024, the delegation from Hung Vuong University accompanied Laotian students on their journey back to their hometowns. The following morning, June 10, the delegation facilitated the return of 28 Laotian students through the Tay Trang international border gate, Dien Bien province to Laos.

For Hung Vuong University, the activity of receiving and training students from the Lao PDR is an opportunity to exchange the cultural quintessence of the two countries. Additionally, it further tightens the bond of brotherly solidarity between Vietnam - Laos.
