Online Graduation Ceremony for Laos new graduates of Master Degrees at Hung Vuong University

       On June 17th, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hung Vuong University organized The Online Graduation Ceremony for 06 new graduates of Master Degrees through Microsoft Team. They are international students from Luong Nam Tha province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic have successfully completed their studies at the university and were awarded Master's Degrees.

 

                                                Overview of the ceremony

       The Graduation Ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Thongson Atphasouk – Vice Director of Luong Nam Tha provincial Education and Sport Department, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Long – Head of International Cooperation Division, Phu Tho Department of Foreign Affairs.  On the side of Hung Vuong University, there were Dr. Do Tung – Vice Rector and representatives of departments, lecturers and 06 Laos students fully participated.

       Dr. Do Tung recognized the great efforts of these students in training, studying, and doing research during their time in the university. He also mentioned about the challenging time of the university in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic while still ensuring its normal operational training activities.

       The representative of Laos master students, Mr. Thoulasith Touy responded by saying thank you to the valuable supports from the dedicated lectures during their academic journey, noting that all Laos students were so happy when they had an opportunity to acquire not only knowledge provided by the university but also soft skills that needed for their success in life.

       At the ceremony, on behalf of Luong Nam Tha Provincial Education and Sport Department, Mr. Thongson Atphasouk awarded diplomas to 06 new masters in 04 majors: Literature Theory, Theory and Art of Teaching of Mathematics, Economics management and Education.
