Based on the memmorandum of agreement (MoA) between Hung Vuong University and King Mongkut Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Thailand, the two parties come to agreement as follows:

  1. Exchange of the enrollments for academic courses designed for students, graduate students and the enrollments for short courses;
  2. Exchange students;
  3. Exchange of staffs and lecturer delegations to promote teaching and scientific researching and enhance their capacity;
  4. Launching of joint research activities in the field of mutual concern;
  5. Exchange of information, including library resources, internet resources, public research with respect to individual ownership of copyright;
  6. Participation in other activities with a view to promoting individual development.

          Implementing the cooperation agreement between Hung Vuong University, Viet Nam and King Mongkut Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Thailand from July to August 2016, Hung Vuong University received 03 students from King Mongkut Institue of Technology Ladkrabang Thailand. Students had practiced several activities regarding agriculture such as: field experiments, measuring data on some major crops, planting, progagating, harvesting, caring, and processing some medicinal plants. This was an opportunity to promote Phu Tho province as well as Vietnamese culture. At the end of the internship, the students had presented the results. Most of them had grasped the content of the proposed program and completed their internship successfully at Hung Vuong University.

       Following the first activity, in 2017 some lecturers from the Faculty of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture, Hung Vuong University had some short courses at the King Mongkut Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Thailand. Throughout the exchange program, participants gained a lot of knowledge of new technology in agriculture and new methods of teaching, especially expanding their academic network.
